About the role
We're hiring a Marketing Manager to own a meaningful chunk of how we go to market. You'll work across positioning, campaigns, content, and demand generation to grow qualified pipeline and tell our story to the right people.
What you'll do
- Own positioning and messaging for your product area or segment
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels
- Partner with product marketing on launches and sales enablement
- Brief and manage freelancers, agencies, and contractors
- Report weekly on pipeline contribution and campaign performance
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in B2B marketing with a mix of demand gen and product marketing
- Strong writing — you can draft a landing page or sales email without help
- Comfort with marketing analytics and attribution
- Experience running paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, or similar) at meaningful spend
- A bias to ship and measure
Nice to have
- Experience marketing a technical or developer-first product
- Prior experience in a startup of <100 people
- Comfort with HubSpot, Customer.io, or a similar marketing platform
Compensation
$120,000 – $170,000 base + bonus (US, remote)
